What is wellness coaching?

Wellness coaching is a personal alliance between a wellness coach and a client. Its primary aim is to offer guidance, education, support, and empowerment to assist the client in enhancing their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This holistic approach encompasses diverse aspects including: nutrition; exercise & movement; sleep optimization; stress management; work; family; and other areas of health and wellness.

A wellness coach assumes a multi-faceted role, offering:

My Story

Your health is your most valuable asset—and it is more than just physical. It is the foundation of your ability to be present and to lead with clarity without sacrificing your relationships, ability to live fully, or sense of self. I know this because I’ve lived it—both with the sacrifice, and without.

As a global finance executive for 25+ years in banking, fintech, and professional services, I thrived on challenge. But the pace was relentless—long hours, high stress, regular travel, and constant night calls—while raising three children and being a true partner in life and career with my husband.

Early in my career (and motherhood), an autoimmune diagnosis became my wake-up call. I reversed it through a whole-food, plant-based approach and discovered the power of treating health as my most valuable asset.

Years later, a midlife career crossroads—right in the midst of perimenopause—taught me a deeper lesson: even the best diet, exercise and sleep won’t hold without being present. Learning to maintain a calmer mind became the missing piece that made everything else sustainable.My passion for coaching and mentoring started early and deepened as my teams, peers and mentees sought not just career advice, but how I stayed healthy, energised, and balanced while managing a demanding role, three children and a full life.

Today, I bring that same strategic lens—shaped in the boardroom and grounded in science—to help professionals thrive in demanding careers without burning out, build habits that work in real life & protect their healthspan while leading and living fully.

I also work with organisations to create healthier, more resilient employees—because wellbeing isn’t just good for people, it’s good for business. The ROI of wellness shows up in engagement, retention and performance.     Our coaching journey begins with a foundation consultation, centered on your unique goals, motivations, and challenges. These may be focused on work performance, optimal personal health and wellness or anything in between. Every session is a collaborative effort, tailored to your evolving needs, and focused on practical, achievable steps.

    Sessions can be 30-90 minutes.
